FlashPlayer/Thumbnails/Watermark

am looking for a CUSTOM made flash player for my entertainment website. If you have done a project like this before I would like to see a review asap (first one I like I will take). It has to be as professional and unique as for example the player integrated into (break . com).

The features I am looking for are as follows.

MUST MUST MUST

1. All movie files of ANY format uploaded have to be converted into flash.

2. Screenshots have to be automatically generated and then integrated into my site, linking to the correct file.

3. Full working timeline to scroll through movie file.

4. Ability to zoom 100% 200%.

5. Automatic watermarking with logo

6. Ofcoure Stop/Play/Pause

I DONT want 100 players that look the same using the script of on2. This script can be used but has to be made custom for me with the look and feel I want. And without banner sliding from the top.
