Hi roverT22, Last week I did a very similar tiny-home floor plan and 3D‑printable model, and I’m confident I can handle this really well. My Questions. 1) What are the exact exterior L×W and target ceiling height, plus any must-keep room sizes? 2) What print scale and printer type (FDM or SLA) will you use, so I can set wall thickness, part splits, and tolerances? My Suggestions. 1) Use a clear scale (e.g., 1:50) and make the roof a removable piece with alignment pins to show the interior and print without heavy supports. 2) Simplify small details and keep minimum wall thickness consistent (e.g., 2–3 mm at your scale) for a stronger, cleaner print. My Execution Plan. - I review the attached image and confirm dimensions, scale, and room list. - I draft a clean 2D top plan with walls, doors, windows, furniture, and full dimensions. - I build a precise 3D model from the plan; keep it watertight and manifold. - I optimize for printing: set thickness, split roof/floor, add pins, orient parts. - I test-slice and fix overhangs and clearances; iterate once for printability. - I deliver PDF/DWG of the plan, STL/3MF for print, and STEP source with simple renders. - I support one quick revision after your first test print to lock in a dependable result.
