Residential Space Optimization Building Plan

I have a set of sketches and room-by-room requirements for a new residential build and need them transformed into a fully optimized floor plan. The single most important goal is smart space utilization—every square metre has to work hard for day-to-day living without feeling cramped. Using AutoCAD (or equivalent CAD software) you’ll translate the rough layouts into precise drawings and iterate with me until the arrangement feels intuitive, efficient, and ready for engineering detailing. Circulation flow, storage solutions, furniture placement, and natural-light paths should all be considered as you refine the plan. Deliverables • Editable AutoCAD (.dwg) file of the finalized layout • PDF set ready for client review and print • One round of revisions after initial submission to fine-tune room sizes or wall positions Clear layer naming, dimensions in metric, and clean line weights are essential so the drawings can move straight into structural design later.
