Hello: I know Flutter. I made a sneaker app that's up on github. A few years back I did an OCR project with node with tesseract. I will be happy to make your app for you. I think it will be perfect because you can use the camera to crop, instead of scanning the image and drawing on it. I can start upon project award and milestone please. Thanks!
