Your conversion engine has to handle XOF and UGX with zero decimals and the other five with two. I'd store amounts as integer minor units, so KES to XOF conversion never loses value to rounding. I'd build it in pure Flutter with Riverpod throughout and clean architecture layers. Each repository starts with a mock service, so your backend team swaps in real APIs without touching the UI. Phone and OTP sign-in plus the balance screen on both platforms comes first, 5 days after we start. You release that milestone only once it runs in your emulator.
