Online Essential Goods Delivery & Admin Platform App

I am building a full-stack solution that lets customers order everyday essentials at discounted prices from their phones. The project has three main parts: • Customer apps – A single codebase compiled for Android and iOS. Shoppers must be able to create an account with email, phone number, or any of their social media logins, browse the catalogue, place orders, and choose either home delivery or pick-up from the address they specify. If an order total climbs above a preset fee, the system must automatically apply the item-limit rule I will supply. • Secure checkout – I will provide the merchant credentials so you can wire in Credit/Debit card processing through PayGate (or an equivalent PayGate-ready SDK). The flow has to return clear success/fail callbacks to the apps and record each transaction in the database. • Admin portal (web) – I need a clean dashboard that covers Reporting, User management, and Inventory control. Typical reports include sales by day, goods movement, and customer activity. Stock levels edited here must immediately reflect in the mobile catalogue. Core expectations 1. Production-ready Android APK and iOS IPA, store-submission-compliant. 2. Web admin panel deployed on my cloud account. 3. Well-structured source code plus hand-over documentation so another developer can maintain it. 4. Basic test data loaded and a demo round-trip (register, buy, pay, fulfil, report) proving all features work. 5. All documentation including source code to be delivered on go live date 6. 2 weeks support post deployment is required If you have proven Flutter, React Native, or native skills and have already integrated PayGate or similar card processors, I would like to hear how quickly you can deliver the first functional milestone.
