Senior Flutter Developer

Hello! We are Biotech Innovations, a dynamic and forward-thinking medtech company. We work with the technologies of the future: conducting research that helps people discover everything about their genes, ancestry, and health traits. We are currently looking for a Frontend Developer (Flutter) to join our fully remote IT team to help develop our personal account portal and mobile presence. What you'll be doing: Development of our flagship mobile application. What we expect from you: 4+ years of commercial experience with Flutter (mobile development). Deep knowledge of Dart (OOP, async, Streams, Generics, etc.). Experience working with Cubit (flutter_bloc) – our primary state management solution. Ability to optimize performance (FPS analysis, fixing memory leaks, reducing APK/IPA size). Experience integrating with REST API, GraphQL, and WebSockets. Hands-on experience with Firebase (Auth, Cloud Messaging, Firestore, Crashlytics). Understanding of architectural patterns (Clean Architecture, MVVM, SOLID principles). Experience publishing applications to App Store and Google Play. It would be a plus if you have: Skills in working with native modules (Kotlin/Swift). Experience setting up CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Codemagic). Experience writing Unit/Widget/Integration tests. Experience participating in architectural decisions and mentoring others. Familiarity with low-code platforms (e.g., FlutterFlow). Experience using LLMs (GPT, Cursor, etc.) for: code autocompletion, test generation, refactoring, and bug detection. Basic prompt engineering skills. Experience with AI assistants in your IDE. Qualities that will help you succeed in this role: Ownership of code and product quality. Ability to work collaboratively in a fully remote team (interacting with PMs, designers, and backend developers).
