The focus is strictly on Traditional Mithai; for this first run I want less than 10 kg of each of the following classics: • Kaju Katri • Gulab Jamun • Rasgulla • Rasmalai Quality and taste must be on par with premium sweet shops—rich flavour, correct texture, and spotless hygiene are non-negotiable.
