Job Title: Freelance Exam Invigilator Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time (per assignment) Location: Offline exams at 4D Square Mall, Office No. 2, Third Floor, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, India Job Overview: We need responsible Freelance Invigilators to supervise computer-based certification exams. Exams happen 1–2 times per month. Your role is to follow rules strictly to keep the exam fair, secure, and smooth. Key Responsibilities: Check candidates' ID before the exam starts. Explain exam rules and instructions to candidates. Make sure no one brings phones, notes, or other banned items into the exam room. Help candidates log in and start their computer test. Watch candidates during the exam to ensure discipline and no cheating. Give basic help on exam process (but never help with answers). Start and end the exam on time. Report any problems or rule-breaking right away. Exam Details: Type: Computer-based certification exam (multiple-choice questions) Duration: About 3 hours 30 minutes Candidates per session: 2 to 10 Frequency: 1–2 times per month (based on schedule) Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic computer skills (comfortable with online exam systems) Clear communication and ability to follow instructions Responsible, on-time, and careful with details Able to keep information private and stay professional Working Conditions: Paid per exam session (freelance basis) Work only during scheduled exam hours We provide training/guidelines before your first assignment (if needed) Preferred (but not required): Previous experience as an invigilator or exam coordinator
