We are building a fast-growing flight compensation and passenger rights platform that helps travelers claim compensation for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, denied boarding, and other airline disruptions. The core platform is already built and live. We are now looking for a highly skilled Frontend Engineer / Motion Designer to transform the entire website into a world-class animated experience that stands out from traditional claim and legal-service websites. This is an equity / sweat-equity opportunity for someone who wants to build something meaningful and participate in the upside of a growing startup What We Need We want to completely reimagine our existing website into a premium, immersive, highly interactive experience using modern motion design and advanced frontend development. The goal is to create a website that feels more like a modern technology company than a traditional compensation service.
