The UPI PSP you end up integrating with is what would move it, mandate flows differ enough between providers that I can't pin the AutoPay effort down until that's chosen. First milestone gets you something you can click through against the prototype, auth working, KYC captured, a plan picked, admin watching it land in the ledger, before the harder AutoPay half starts. The part that decides whether it works is the money trail: every daily debit landing in the ledger exactly once and matching what the payment provider says actually happened. I would start there: - Signup with mobile number and OTP, plus the KYC details you capture - Plan selection for the 100, 250 and 500 a day plans, with the platform fee worked out on each debit - UPI AutoPay mandate setup through Razorpay or Cashfree, both of which support recurring UPI mandates - Webhook handling that records each payment once even if the provider sends it twice, with failed debits kept clearly apart from successful ones - Customer dashboard: total saved, units held, daily records and payment history 75,000 INR, three weeks. That includes the source code, database schema and deployment notes in your own repository and accounts. The admin dashboard, search and exports I would quote as the next phase on the same database, so nothing gets rebuilt.
