For this MVP, I propose a paid first phase of 8 hours to deliver a working core platform with NextJS, user authentication, a PostgreSQL database, and the primary OpenAI generation endpoint. I'd have Stripe webhooks write each subscription straight into a Postgres table, so the app always knows someone's plan from its own database. Generation limits can hang off that same row - a free tier gets a handful a month, paid gets more - and the admin dashboard reads from it too On the Supabase side, row-level security on every table, so a user's generations are only ever visible to them For the OpenAI part I'd use structured outputs, so whatever comes back drops into the dashboard as clean fields instead of one blob of text I've wired Stripe billing and LLM features into web apps before What will the AI actually be generating - text, images, something else?
