Full-Stack Developer / Technical Partner Wanted for a Scalable Operations Platform We are looking for an ambitious full-stack developer to help us complete and scale an existing MVP that we have spent significant time and resources building. This is not a typical website project, CRM project, or cleaning company software project. What we are building is closer to a platform model like Uber, Airbnb, Foodora or Wolt. From the outside, we look like a cleaning company. Behind the scenes, we are building a technology platform designed to handle and coordinate an unlimited number of cleaning jobs through automation, workflows, partner networks and software. The Vision Most cleaning companies sell cleaning services and manually coordinate everything themselves. We are building something different. We want to become the operating system for the cleaning industry. The platform should allow us to: * Generate leads automatically * Price services automatically * Send quotes automatically * Convert leads into customers * Schedule jobs * Manage capacity * Assign work to partners * Handle quality assurance * Track financial performance * Forecast future demand * Scale operations without needing large internal teams The goal is that software does the majority of the work. Humans should only handle exceptions.
