We are looking for a Retail Fundraising Specialist to design and execute strategies that convert the general public into active "Ally Members" and recurring small-ticket donors. The Mission: We advocate for the marginalized—specifically LGBTQ+ individuals, Persons with Disabilities (PWD), and Women. Retail fundraising for us isn't just about money; it’s about building a "force of numbers" to drive social change. Your Objectives: Recurring Donation Model: Design a "Micro-Donation" framework (e.g., "Join for ₹500" or "Monthly Ally Subscription") that appeals to the masses. Membership Conversion Funnel: Create the digital journey that takes a social media follower and turns them into a registered, fee-paying member. Crowdfunding & Social Campaigns: Launch "cause-based" retail campaigns that go viral and encourage small-scale sharing and giving. Retention Strategy: Develop automated communication (email/WhatsApp) to keep individual members engaged and ensure their recurring support. Required Skills: B2C Digital Marketing: Expert in social media advertising and conversion optimization. Retail Fundraising Experience: Proven success in crowdfunding or small-donor acquisition for NGOs. Community Building: Experience in managing large-scale membership databases or digital communities. Copywriting: Ability to write high-impact, emotional "calls to action" that resonate with the common man. Budget & Terms: Fixed + Performance Based: We prefer a model that rewards successful membership growth and fund acquisition.
