I’ve already modelled a building façade in Fusion 360 and it prints nicely at 1:100, except for one detail: the window frame looks too narrow in relation to the wall thickness. I only need the frame resized—no redesigns or extra ornamentation—just a clean, uniform increase in width while keeping the existing height exactly as-is. Here’s what I’m after: • The frame’s width should grow enough to appear visually balanced once printed; we can fine-tune the exact percentage together, but the height and every other component must remain untouched. • All joints, mullions and glazing recesses must stay aligned, with no interference or overhangs that would complicate FDM printing at 1:100. • Fillets, chamfers and parametric constraints that drive the original model need to stay fully editable inside Fusion 360. Deliverables • Updated Fusion 360 (.f3d) file with the change clearly labelled. • An STL exported from that file, ready for a 1:100 test print. • A brief note on what you modified. I’ll supply the current .f3d as soon as we start. If you’re comfortable adjusting direct modeling environment models for printability, this should be a fast, focused task.

Hi there! I can deliver accurate rescaling of your Fusion 360 window frame model with precise proportions, maintaining design integrity and ensuring clean, manufacturable CAD output. Questions ? Do you need uniform scaling or dimension-specific adjustments (width/height only)? ? What target dimensions should the frame match exactly? ? Do you want the final file in F3D, STEP, or DWG format? Don't pay a single penny until you are happy with the job I look forward to your response and thank you for your consideration. Warm regards, The Blend Nation.

Hi, I reviewed your requirement, and this is a clean parametric adjustment, not a remodel. The key is increasing the frame width while preserving constraints so nothing breaks or misaligns. I’ll update the model in Fusion 360, adjust the width proportionally, and keep all joints, mullions, and recesses intact for clean FDM printing at 1:100. The parametric setup will remain fully editable, with the change clearly labeled for future tweaks. You’ll get the updated .f3d, a print-ready STL, and a short note on what was modified. Best regards, Muskan

As an experienced 3D artist and modeler, I have extensive knowledge of software like Fusion 360, a tool that I am familiar with, and well-adept at working. Not only can I meet with your rescaling needs for your building façade, but I also ensure the integrity of your existing model while making the necessary adjustments. I have primarily focused on printability and design aspects in my previous projects which align well with the task you're offering. Additionally, my proficiency in parametric modeling ensures not only a smooth rescale process but also retains total editability within Fusion 360, enabling any future modifications should the need arise. I understand your requirement for clean lines, aligned joints, and avoiding overhangs while printing at such a small scale. Rest assured, these are challenges I tackle with great care in all of my projects.

I see that you're looking to adjust the width of your window frame in Fusion 360 to achieve better visual balance when printed at 1:100 scale. With my skills in CAD/CAM and 3D Design, I can help you resize the frame without compromising its original structure or editability. I'll ensure that all joints, mullions, and glazing recesses remain aligned and that fillets, chamfers, and parametric constraints stay intact for future edits. Once completed, I'll provide an updated .f3d file with clear labeling of changes made, along with an STL export ready for a test print. My execution approach involves carefully assessing the model's current state, identifying areas that need adjustment, and making precise modifications to achieve the desired outcome while maintaining editability within Fusion 360. Let's discuss further and see how I can assist you in refining your design.

Hi, I’ve reviewed your project and understand you’re looking for a focused Fusion 360 adjustment: widening the existing window frame while keeping the height and all other façade elements untouched. I can update the parametric model cleanly so the joints, mullions, glazing recesses, fillets, and chamfers remain aligned and editable, with no overhangs or interference issues for a 1:100 FDM test print. I’ll label the parameter/change clearly in the .f3d file, export a print-ready STL from the updated model, and include a brief note summarising exactly what was modified. This is a precise CAD cleanup task, not a redesign, and I can turn it around quickly once you send the current .f3d file. Do you already have a target frame-width increase in mind, or should I propose a visually balanced percentage after reviewing the .f3d and attached reference? Best regards, Atik

Hello Client, I understand your requirement clearly—you don’t need any redesign or geometric changes, only a precise parametric adjustment to the window frame width while keeping the rest of your Fusion 360 façade model fully intact and printable at 1:100 scale. I can carefully modify the existing parametric setup so the frame width increases uniformly without affecting height, mullions, joints, or glazing recesses. I’ll ensure all constraints remain fully editable, so your design history stays clean and future adjustments are still possible. The updated model will remain FDM-print friendly with no overhang issues or structural conflicts. Portfolio: https://www.freelancer.pk/u/salahuddin1973 Once you share the .f3d file, should I optimize purely for visual balance at 1:100, or also consider slight reinforcement for real-world printing durability?
