Gamified ETF Learning Experience Creation

Title: Gamification Expert Wanted – Build a Modern Level-Based Learning Game Description Help us design a gamified ETF learning experience for teens & young adults. We’ll provide slides, voice, and video content — all in German, but this does not affect the gamification design. Your job: turn it into engaging levels with animations, missions, and interactive storytelling. First milestone: Level 1 by Sept 10, 2025. Successful delivery = long-term contract for all remaining levels. Description: We are looking for a creative Gamification Expert to transform our ETF (Exchange Traded Funds) online course into a modern, engaging online learning experience in a gaming style. The concept should motivate teens and young adults to learn about investing and finance through interactive levels, escape room elements, and storytelling. The course content (slides, explanations, voice recordings, and video explanations) will be provided by us. Your task is to integrate this material into a gamified learning environment with animations, interactive challenges, and progression levels. Project Scope: Develop Level 1 of the course (Deadline: September 10, 2025) as a test milestone. Integrate our slides, audio voice files, and video explanations into the game/learning flow. Design a level-based structure (e.g., Levels 1–8, starting with Level 1 now). Include interactive elements (missions, quizzes, unlockable achievements, progress tracking). Create animated comic-style visuals (e.g., watering can pouring coins to grow a money tree, character avatars, fun animations). Ensure the design is cool, modern, and appealing for teens and young adults (gamified UX). Requirements: Proven experience in gamification, e-learning, or serious games development. Skills in interactive content tools (Genially, Articulate, Unity, or similar platforms). Strong sense of visual storytelling and animation. Ability to deliver Level 1 by September 10, 2025. Good communication skills in English. Nice to have: Experience in financial education / edutainment projects. Ability to propose creative escape room or mission-style concepts.
