The Power Is Now Books

I launching my speaking career and need to produce five books regarding: 1. Leadership & Management 2. The Mortgage Crisis, 3. The Value Proposition in Sales. 4. a Book of Poetry - faith, family, God. 5. The Pursue of Excellence - Living your best life. I will pay a flat fee per book. One book at time. 1st Milestone is 1/2 of whatever we agree upon. The milestone will be release when final draft is completed. Final payment will be made when the book is complete and ready to publish as an ebook and also ready to be printed and shipped as a hardback or paperback. This is not negiotiable. I need someone to can manage the book project from the beginning to the end. I need a ghostwriter. I have the framework and most of the content for each book. I need a great writer to take the books to the next level. I am not looking for absolute perfection as I am looking for results. I want the books done very quickly and to be approximately 200 pages or more each. I will depend on the you the expert as to the length of the book. I am flexible. You must have a financial and sales background. I would prefer a team of writers with various backgrounds with experience writing poetry, or about religion and business and economics. The book "The Pursuit of Excellence is a religious book based on Christian theology. A team is what I need and want. The time lines: I will make a decision as soon as possible base on experience, freelancer history and price. From Friday to 10/15 I will be providing you everything you need about me and any resource information that I have or need you to obtain. The writing needs to consist of interviews with me and research. This is why I am giving each book 30 days and this is why I am asking for a team. If you are working on team you should be able to get every done in 30 days. Finally, you need to have a creative department to help with the book covers and designed. I want both an eBook and hard back book. I also want the books on the shelves of all online book retailers and of course on my website. I will need you to handle that completely. One more thing. I host a radio talk show called the Power Is Now.
