Instructional guide to muscle recovery

We are a new private label start up and will be featuring products address muscle issues as a result of work outs and/or athletic endeavours.

We are looking to partner with a writer who can create a guide that our customers and clients can use to enhance their knowledge and preparations for dealing with the multitude of issues that may happen. Our product line will initially feature tools that are used to prevent, augment and recover muscle issues.

We are looking for a branded guide that we can include with our product bundles that is a resource they can use to optimise their workouts.

Task 1: Research and identify content

Task 2: create an outline

Task 3: create draft of written content

Task 4: create draft of illustrated content

Task 5: create Guide

We want our customers and our brand followers to use the guide so when we say user friendly that means the written content can be comprehensive but the illustrated content needs to compliment it and be a value added component to our brand and our bundles

Private label rights content is fine if sourced we will pay for it if we agree to its content quality but that being said, the guide needs to be rewritten and unique and most of all needs to be USER FRIENDLY

The comprehensive guide to muscle recovery is our goal and physical products will be our products and down the line we will sell supplements

Why it is important to understand the issues related to muscle cramps, muscle tightness, myofascial trigger points etc

What types of things you should do before workouts or athletic events.

What types of things you should to while working out or participating in athletic activities

What types of things you should do following workouts and athletic activities

Each section should focus on

Optimal sleeping and rest intervals

Optimal nutrition and hydration

Optimal tools and techniques to use

Balancing electrolytes and

Supplements that maintain even balance

What types of things to watch out for that are potential issues of technique

The following are some suggestions that are to be used if necessary as we are looking for a writer who has inherent knowledge of these subjects and can layout a guide based on relevance

A section specifically for someone who is new to working out

A section specifically for men divided into age groups

A section specifically for women divided into age groups

A section each addressing each major muscle group

A section dealing with different types of work outs for example cross fit or power lifting

A section based on specific types of athletes

Perhaps a section you find we missed that can aid

An overview of Things you can do to prevent/reduce/lessen the severity of these issues, from sleep/nutrition/supplements and pre-workout strategies / tools to use to get ready for workout

A guide to in work out tools to use to prevent/reduce/lessen the severity of these issues including the use of tools and

Think of it as a resource we provide to our customers who purchase our recovery products. Whether its a foam roller or a calf stretcher etc We want a user friendly guide that has details that are understandable and illustrations that are easy to follow and a short form of each section
