Hi there, I am Calin, full stack web developer with experience in CI3 and CI4. I developed websites both in CI3 and in CI4. I can rewrite your website with the CI4 framework but I'm afraid a roll back is not possible. CI4 uses a completely different project (folder) structure and controllers, models and views are different. The best approach would be to create a development version with the CI4 framework where we'll rewrite the entire code using the CI4 structure with new controllers and models.
