I’m looking for a GoHighLevel specialist to design and build a complete workflow inside my account. The goal is to automate the key touch-points a prospect experiences—from the first opt-in through follow-up—so that every tag, email, text, and pipeline stage updates automatically. Here’s what I need: • A clearly mapped sequence of triggers, actions, and delays that captures new leads, nurtures them, and moves them through my sales pipeline. • Smart conditional logic that keeps messaging relevant and prevents duplicate communications. • Seamless integration with the tools I already use—whether that means pulling data from my CRM, firing off an email campaign, or dropping an appointment into my scheduling software. • Internal notifications to alert me (or the team) when a lead hits a high-value stage. • A short Loom video or written doc explaining how the automation is structured so I can tweak it later. I’ll grant you temporary access to my GoHighLevel workspace so you can build, test, and demonstrate the workflow. Once every trigger fires as expected and the hand-off documentation is complete, the project is done.
