I have huge experience working with Google Scripts before that's why I'm sure you'll be impressed with my work. I can provide you a Google Form (or a Spreadsheet) that will allow you to add entries into your Google Calendar just like you want. The only thing I need to know is how do you want to process duplicates (entries with same Start / End time)?

Hello, Interested in the job. I am a Software Engineer specializing in end-to-end Web Development with expertise building solutions that leverage Google's GSuite platform. As you've stated this is a fairly straight-forward task, but it will still take time and effort to implement. My plan of attack is to bind a script directly to your Google Form and create calendar events dynamically upon form submission. I assume this is a one-way sync from Google Form to Google Calendar. I strongly recommend creating a secondary Calendar for this project (Google calendar can host multiple calendar instances, its a good habit to avoid using your primary if possible). That way you can easily delete a calendar instance if needed. Note that my bid price is tentative. Upon full disclosure of your project requirements I reserve the right to update my bid.
