Simple Chrome extension

I need A simple Chrome extension (for personal use), that need to do:
1. After a page is loaded 100%
2. Check if my Chrome Tab URL is like: "[login to view URL]*" (any parameter after slug);
3. If my URL is match, search for a class in page source (class name: myclassname)
4. If my class myclassname is found: blink tab and play a sound (once - no repeat)
