Time Zone Converter

1) The content of the project:

To create a "web app" that converts the time shown on the website to the local time when the user highlights and places the mouse on it. (As shown in attached picture)

2) The scope of work:

-Should work with the latest version of Chrome browser.

-Should take daylight saving time into consideration during the development.

-Should show local time when the user highlights and places the mouse on it.

3)Expected delivery:

-Finish before 10th March 2021.

-"Under or equal to GBP 50 (if possible)"

-A simple web app that has the function like the attached picture indicates.

4)Associated risks:

-Daylight saving time is one hour earlier, it could lead to wrong result when converting the time.

-The website may not indicate the time zone (ex: GMT+8...).

5)Strategies to mitigate risks:

-Daylight saving time should be taken into consideration during the development

-For websites that did not indicate its time zone, show the user that time zone conversion is not available.
