I am applying for the Creation of Google Earth Fly in opportunity. I am a graduate of Salisbury and Moi Universities with a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Management and Bachelor’s degree in Geography respectively. My vast skills and experience of over 8 years in GIS, Remote Sensing and Mobile GIS ensure that I am an individual who know how to accomplish tasks personally and, in a team dynamic. In my prior jobs, I worked in capacity of Geospatial Consultant, Geospatial Training Consultant, GIS Analyst and GIS and Remote Sensing Instructor, which required that I complete different tasks. I know that I would be a great fit for the opportunity and would be able to deliver. I have skills and experience in working and training with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing software both Commercial and open source including but not limited to ArcGIS suite, Q-GIS, ENVI, Erdas Imagine etc I have worked on numerous projects with different organizations involving customization of google earth and maps based on clients specifications. On this project, I will use appended coordinates on the videos to create a fly in application using Google earth API I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss my approach to your project and my suggestions with you.
