I have a growing batch of customer information that needs to be moved from assorted PDF forms and emails into a clean, uniform spreadsheet. Accuracy is the priority—I want every name, phone number, email address and note entered exactly as it appears in the source. You will be working directly in Google Sheets (or Excel if you prefer) for about one to two focused hours each day. Because some of the source files arrive at different times, I will share them continuously; your job is to keep the sheet up-to-date and neatly formatted as they come in. Most of the data is customer-related, but on occasion I’ll also drop in a small inventory file. When that happens, please arrange those rows by product type so it’s easy for me to filter and review. Deliverable • A living spreadsheet that always reflects the latest customer records, with any incidental inventory rows grouped by product type and everything double-checked for typos or misplaced entries. If you are reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable with straightforward copy-paste and typing work, this should be a smooth, ongoing task.
