Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Research, Calls, Documents, AI Tools)

Rate: $2 USD/hour Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Canadian Eastern Time Location: Remote (no restrictions, fluent English required) About the Role We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, excellent English, and the ability to handle multiple types of tasks. Your main responsibilities will include: - Researching products, services, and vendors - Making phone calls and sending emails to vendors and clients - Following up until tasks are completed - Creating and verifying simple documents (reports, spreadsheets, confirmations) - Organizing information in Google Sheets or CRM tools - Providing clear updates and summaries for management - Occasionally assisting with advertisement-related tasks Requirements - Excellent spoken and written English (must be confident on phone calls) - Strong communication and follow-up skills - Ability to create and verify documents with high accuracy - Detail-oriented and organized with reporting - Comfortable with Google Workspace and CRM tools - Available full-time during Canadian Eastern Time (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.) - Must be able to show which AI tools you are already using daily (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, Jasper, etc.) Mandatory Accent Test (Before Applying) This job requires strong spoken English for phone calls.
