I have a set of product inventory records locked away in PDF documents and I need each line transferred accurately into a workable spreadsheet. This is strictly a Data Entry (Manual & Online) task—no automation shortcuts here—because I want total confidence in what gets copied over. The PDFs list SKUs, product names, descriptions, prices, and stock levels, and that information must end up in neatly formatted rows and columns ready for upload to my system. What matters most to me is substance over speed: every figure, character, and decimal point must match the source exactly. I will check for accuracy as we go and I’m happy to clarify any field or header you’re unsure about. Deliverable • A clean Excel or Google Sheet containing all product inventory fields transcribed from the supplied PDFs, formatted for easy filtering and future bulk upload. Acceptance Criteria • 100 % of items present (no omissions) • All numeric fields preserved as numbers, not text • Consistent column order and naming across the entire file • Spot-checked entries match the PDFs with zero discrepancies I keep all product data confidential and expect the same from you.
