Ruang lingkup utama yang harus dihasilkan: • Survey lapangan awal. • 3D Modeling lengkap beserta DED (Gambar Kerja). • Penyusunan RAB dan BoQ akurat. Perangkat lunak dan keahlian yang saya butuhkan: • Drafting & Cost Estimator: mahir SketchUp dan AutoCAD, mampu membuat RAB. • BIM Designer: terbiasa bekerja dengan SKP dan AutoCAD; penguasaan ArchiCAD menjadi nilai tambah. Syarat umum: – Membawa laptop sendiri. – Tidak ada batasan usia, gender, latar pendidikan, maupun kondisi fisik; rekan difabel dipersilakan melamar selama panca indra dan tangan berfungsi baik. – Menjunjung sikap positif dan kolaboratif.
