Upgrade all key surfaces to calibrated PBR materials (albedo/normal/roughness with correct IOR and UV scale) and employ Enscape ray‑traced sun/shadows plus IES profiles for fixtures to lift realism; convert high‑poly furniture/vegetation to Enscape proxies and instance repeats to keep the SKP lean while preserving detail and render performance.
