SketchUp 3D Model for Gathering Venue

Hi FMM1978, Last week I did a very similar venue model (2D DWG to clean SketchUp), so I’m confident I can handle this really well. I’ll build a clean, accurate .skp of the whole site: main hall, two bathrooms, dining, kitchen, store, the small yard setting room, landscaped garden, and the gatekeeper’s room. Solid geometry, true wall thicknesses, doors/windows, ceiling heights, and clear circulation. I’ll also add scaled furniture blocks and save scenes: plan, four key views, and one aerial. i would like to know the below. - What units and drawing standard are in the DWG (meters/feet) and are all ceiling heights/FFLs noted, incl. the yard room and gatekeeper’s room? - Any preferred furniture style/density for blocks (minimal placeholders vs. typical seating layouts for the halls)? I think we should. - Use clean Tags/Outliner (Site, Building, Garden, Gatekeeper, Furniture) to keep navigation fast and maintainable. - Make all repeat items as Components to reduce file size and keep edits synced—definately improves performance. Lets follow a plan like this. - I import your DWG/PDF, set correct units, purge, and lock a working reference. - I model walls, slabs, openings, and ceilings to real dims; group by space. - I place scaled furniture blocks and lay out garden paths/green masses and the gatekeeper’s room. - I QA dimensions and circulation, set the plan, 4 perspectives, and aerial scenes, then deliver the editable
