1. Objective I would like to refresh and optimize an existing simple e-commerce website (built on odoo with less than 50 products on sale at any given time) and launch a set of Google Ads campaigns within one week. The main goal is to improve user experience, increase conversions, and quickly drive qualified traffic to our products. 2. Scope of Work (One Week) Website Optimization Improve load speed (optimize images, cache, clean code). Ensure mobile responsiveness and fix any display issues. Simplify navigation for easier product discovery. Optimize key product pages with clear CTAs (Add to Cart, Checkout). SEO Basics Update meta tags, titles, and descriptions for top products. Ensure site is indexable and Google-friendly. Google Ads Setup Research and select high-potential keywords (focus on health & wellness niche). Create 3–4 winning ad variations (search + display). Set up conversion tracking (Google Analytics / GA4). Launch and monitor campaigns for performance within the week. 3. Deliverables Optimized, faster, mobile-friendly shop pages. SEO-ready product listings for better visibility. Live Google Ads campaigns driving targeted traffic. Basic performance report (CTR, impressions, early conversions). 4.
