Buddypress Site Speed Optimization

Speed improvement of Buddypress site using staging site for testing. Improve page loading speeds for [login to view URL] (a buddypress site) including the admin dashboard page loading speeds on pc and mobile. Use staging site for testing. Remove unused or unneeded plugins, scripts and other things found to be slowing down page loading speeds. Goal is under 2 seconds page loading speeds using a watch to measure. Current page loading clock speed on pc and mobile is about 15 seconds. No control panel access. Up to 3 days to complete. Developer should be familiar with buddypress registration, event creation and smtp functions to be sure not affected during testing.
