WordPress Performance & SEO Tuning

My WordPress site looks good but it still feels sluggish, scores lower than I want in Lighthouse, and the mobile experience could be tighter. I need a specialist who can dive in, fine-tune everything, and leave me with a faster, better-ranked, fully responsive site. Scope • Page-load speed: configure and refine W3 Total Cache, set optimal caching rules, minify/concatenate assets, enable compression, and tackle any render-blocking resources or oversized images that are slowing things down. • SEO improvements: strengthen on-page fundamentals so each page meets current best practices, without disrupting existing content or URLs. • Mobile responsiveness: check every template and element, adjust breakpoints or styles where needed, and verify the fixes on real devices as well as emulators. Deliverables 1. Updated site files and database with all optimizations applied. 2. Before-and-after metrics (Lighthouse or GTmetrix) showing tangible gains in speed and Core Web Vitals. 3. A brief hand-over note explaining the changes, W3 Total Cache settings, and any maintenance tips so I can keep performance high after the project ends. The work happens on a staging clone first; once the results are proven, we’ll push to production.
