Residential Lot Line Staking

I have a residential parcel between one and five acres whose boundaries are currently not marked at all. I need a qualified land surveyor to visit the site, locate the legal corners from the deed and county records, and stake the full perimeter so the limits of the lot are unmistakable on the ground. Deliverables I expect • On-site staking or flagging at each corner and at reasonable intervals along straight runs • A simple sketch or plat showing measured bearings and distances that match the site work • Digital copy of any field notes or GPS files you generate Please bring the equipment you’re comfortable with—total station, RTK GPS, or conventional transit—and be prepared to coordinate with the local utility locator if any subsurface markers are needed.
