Product One page brochure's

We require one page product brochures to be designed. The brochures are for individual product pages, so they must have all our contact details and logo. Brochures must have an industrial professional design. Please look at our web site to understand the products we sell, then you can design a brochure that reflects our company. The design is very important . The designer must have a good eye for balance. Attached are a two examples from other companies. These are from catalogues, not one page product brochures, so they are just an indication of style. Please note they have a background design - this is the feature we like. Initially we want two brochures. However they should have the same design and layout with the pictures and text being the only difference. We also want the plain template, so that we can later change the photo and data to create other brochures. Also attached is the text and many photo's to choose from. Do not use all photo's, only one or two. The designer must choose which ones to use and how many.
