image modifications -background removal PHOTOSHOP

I need a expert photoshop/ photo editing that can do the following: adjust color/exposure if needed and improve image quality, make crystals shinier, remove white background.

these are the tasks to be completed for each image - 30 images to complete.

1. do not reduce pixels of original image.

2. Remove or crop unwanted areas.

3. 14 images we need you to make make crystals shinier.

4. remove white background, make freestanding with pen tool.

5. Output should be .psd and all content must be the same size placed exactly the same as other products.

Budget:

$30-$250 USD

I have hired someone before for this project and got people that couldn't do a quality job. To make sure I will like the work, I will send everyone 1-2 photos to edit to specification so I can see a sample of the work.

I will need up to 30 photos total for this first project.
