Store design for small drinks retail outlet

We are opening a chain of over-the-counter drinks shops in China. We will be selling inovative drinks from around the world, particularly milk based flavoured tea drinks. We have a logo but have yet to do application design (menu, flyer, uniform etc) and store design.
We are looking for someone who can give us fast and good designs for the applications and / or the store. The store will be 20 meters square consisting of a storage area (not seen by customer), tea preparation area (seen by customer) and street front counter. There will be no seating area.
We need a full design which can then be passed on to a store fit-out company for the final step.
