ULTRA URGENT MICHAEL JACKSON TRIBUTE POSTER

This is a very simple project, should not take more than about 60 minutes with skills, i could do it myself, but I want it done nice. Tomorrow is Canada Day, I need someone to take these base files that I have, and create a poster that the printer is coming in specially for me to print off a few copies of these, which will be posted on the side of a limousine for tomorrow's festivities. I NEED THIS DONE TODAY. The 2 files, one is the silhouette that is what we took from the internet (if you can find a higher quality one, that would be great), the other is a copy of what I want it to look like when it is done, the one you see is a scan of what my brother did, but I need it higher quality, all text in silver, placement as you see it.
