This project will start January 1, 2009 and will run until January 31, 2009. If the job is done well, we will extend longer. BUT YOUR BID MUST BE FOR ONE MONTH ONLY.
20 hours per week.
duties primarily will be to respond to tickets in our help desk. questions will be related to downloading files from our existing website. files are WMV files. we will give you a list of common questions that will be in the tickets with their appropriate answers. responses must be professional and friendly. if you do not know the answer to a ticket, you must email us immediately - we will then come up with a response. we will then add that response to the list of potential email responses.
All tickets must be responded to within 24 hours of submission. NO EXCEPTIONS.
***Each week we need a excel spreadsheet with the questions/answers you provided. EI: what questions were asked and how many times. We need to constantly update our responses to keep up with customer problems.
besides that, if you have additonal time, we may ask you to do the following:
submit articles to article directories
forum responses with links back to our site.
minor graphics creation
responding to emails
***You must provide, weekly, a spreadsheet detailing the work you have completed and the time it took you to complete them.
You must have good english skills. All work must use good grammar and must be typo free.
