Firstly, we'd like to tell you a little bit about our vision and values and maybe give you a greater understanding of the work we hope to offer you now and in the future We are a couple with two very young kids. We have a love for life, fitness and being fun and active. We have no direct experience in design or fashion. We have found that sports clothing is very 'samey', dull and lacks the funkiness we'd like to see. We love colours and fabrics and have a passion for ethical, natural and recycled frabrics. We believe that you can look great in sports garments and not compromise on comfort or style using ethical materials that are good for the environment and the skin. The clothes we want to create must have functionality, colour with a funky and fresh style. The fabrics must be natural, ethical and environmentally sound. We are using Asian influence in our designs to bring a fusion of East and West to our sports wear. We believe in paying for quality, but at the same time we have limited funds. This means everything we spend must be vital to our development as a business, as we want to take this idea and make it big. We would want your honesty and feedback along the way. In some ways we asking for more than a simple pattern cutter. We need the person who takes the job to want to be involved in a long term and fast moving project. We'd want your experience and advice to constructively criticise and advise us to make this work. This is a project that means a great deal to us and we are happy and positive and want more of this energy from anyone who joins our team. At this stage we are looking for designers that understand our vision to create patterns from our sketches.
