Illustration/vector art required for uniform shirt

Hi,
I am in need of someone to do me a drawing/vector illustration that can be used on the back of a uniform, in particular, high visibility style shirts. They want a drawing of two cranes crossing over and coming out of the clouds.
We need to keep the colours down to a 2/3 colour job if possible, but if you want to design a full colour job we can work back from there – as long as the elements won’t be greatly affected and you understand this. The final artwork must be printable by a screen printer, so a scalable vector format will be needed such as .ai .eps files only.
This client is after a number of uniforms for the design to go on, but the primary focus is for the back of a shirt, similar in size to what is seen on their current uniforms on their website - [url removed, login to view] (the left hand side of the website shows a man in an orange shirt looking up at a crane).
I have the following brief from the client:
I would like to incorporate the mobile crane somewhere. I would like our mobile crane to have luffing fly setup as shown below pulling down a crane.

The model is a 350T Liebherr

The client verbally said he is seeing something with clouds and the two cranes coming through the clouds also. The style he likes can be seen here:

So no direct edges on the photos, a bit street art, alternative and funky and different looking, but clearly recognizable objects as requested.
