Illustrator needed for children's book - repost

I am looking for an illustrator to create the imagery for a children's book i wrote. The book theme mixes humans and dinosaurs. Age group 4-8. There are 24 illustrations needed in total. I already have some ideas myself that i would like to incorporate. The imagery i envision is: Bright bold colours. Quirky human characters (but still identifiable and likeable by children). My favourite children's illustrators are, Axel Scheffler, Ben Court. I am open to the methods used (digital, pencil, paint…) but i want to receive the finished work in high res files, and to receive the original tangible artwork if not created digitally. I want to hire on a "work for hire" basis where i retain copyright and originals to the work. However i will credit the illustrator on the cover and interior of the book. My max budget is $450.
