NEW Email Newsletter Campaign Mailout Existing Clients

#1 Background: Company requires a monthly email newsletter to hit existing clients (< 500). #2 Scope: - design an email template in line with company branding - We have the content for all newsletter articles. - To read complete articles, end users will be redirect to company website - Provide full report (received, open and bounced emails) - Automatic Unsubscribe option - must hit the customer inbox - Customer replies directed to a nominated email account - would like to use SugarCRM for email campaign (not mandatory) - can u communicate via gtalk daily (not mandatory) #3 Deliverables: Professionally set up monthly email newsletter campaign to existing clients. Service provider must have a portfolio of experience and provide brief process description in PMB. e.g. techniques to ensure emails are inboxed. #Other - Any comments in PMB not relating to this project will be ignored. - Please bid on design, setup and first monthly mailout. - Great opportunity for ongoing work to continue with the monthly mailouts. - low budget Project.
