Logo / branding / font treatment / design (urgent)

I need a designer to create a font based logo.
The logo needs to be:
1. Unique - maybe by creating a new font or alterting an existing one.
2. Ready latest 9am UK time Monday WILL AWARD PROJECT IN NEXT 3 - 5 HRS (I need to see some ideas on Sunday)
The designer must be able to:
1. Deliver 8 to 10 initially ideas then same logos different colours and maybe one round of revisions - depending how good the initial logos are. (ideally first logos will be goood enough!)
2. Understand the branding concept of the company and maybe discuss by phone (best) im (second best) email (ok)
3. I need to see some samples of logos you have done that are type / font based
OR
Please use these words and do me a dummy idea: Simple Mailer (this is not the words that will be used - just random words to see your quality)
4. Before payment I need an email releasing copyright to me
5. Payment will be by GAF escrow
