Logo for startup

I need a logo and business card mock up for a startup. Details: We are a CRM web-based company focusing on MLM users. We help MLM business owners communicate their goods and services though an array of channels, such as social media and web-based advertising, and gather leads through those same channels. Designs MUST be unique. Your Bid: Please provide at least one mock-up design with your bid. If you wish, you may put a watermark on the design. I won't consider any proposals without a mock up. Brief: 1. The logo should contain the business name "SnapLead.net". It can be capitalised or all lower case - your choice, but the ".net" *must* be included 2. I need unlimited revisions of logo designs to arrive at the final version 3. You should provide a layered image of the final design elements, preferably in Illustrator, but Photoshop is acceptable 4. You should provide a .ico version of the logo 5. You are welcome to use any fonts you choose, as long as they are provided as part of the deliverable package 6. The logo name may use any font of your choice, or completely stylized - the choice is yours 7. I prefer a flat 2D design without bevels, shadows, graduations etc 8. I don't want any cliched representations of MLM or CRM. If you don't know what these are then you probably shouldn't bid 9. The business card can be non-standard, e.g., it doesn't have to fit the usual 3 x 4 inch card. We'd prefer a more edgy design, so feel free to get creative. Delivery: + A high res .psd / .eps version with each design element in a separate layer for both the logo and business card + The original Adobe Illustrator / vector files + JPG files large, medium small for the logo only + A .ico version which can be a derivation of the logo and need not include the whole original design Payments: + I will deliver a milestone payment of 50% when a bidder is selected. + I will deliver a milestone payment of 50% once all works are finished and delivered. Terms: Timeliness is critical. Be realistic in your timings. I reserve the rights cancel the project and ask the provider to refund 100% escrow payments if the project is not done on time. I will not deliver partial credit. I will not use any part of your work if the project is cancelled. Future work: I am looking for long term business partners. The winning bidder will be invited to bid on our site redevelopment project and will have a large advantage versus other bidders.
