Logo + Very small website

I need a logo and very small website for a small startup company.
Company name: Corewit (Words 'Core' + 'Wit')
Type of Company: IT Consulting and Solutions, Software Development
What the logo/sige should express: Quality, Agility, Simplicity
Regarding the logo I expect 4-5 test designs from which I then choose the best one. The logo should be delivered in JPG, GIF (Transparent) and EPS and in both a Full Color and a Black/White version for printing.
Regarding the site then this should at the moment only be used for actually having a little information if someone choose to type in my domain name in the browser. So as mentioned a very small website.
I expect something like the following pages
- Home Page (front page)
- Contact (Contact form sending email)
- News
- Projects
- Project A
- Project B
- About
I only need the design and HTML so no backend coding I make the needed backend coding myself, fx. sending email from data in form and maybe getting news from a database, and the same go for the texts on the about, projects pages etc. I just want some random text being put in there to show the design / HTML.
I expect the bidders to supply me some links etc. which shows prior work both for logos and web design.
