Wine label/logo Design

I need a logo/wine label for an organic wine project. Ideally I want someone who has had previous experience in making wine labels. The label needs to be vertical and the graphic needs to be of high quality aimed at the luxury end of the market. There are 3 different wines white/red/pink and as with all wine labels, there is one logo/label that can be edited to change the year and type of wine (e.g., 2003 Merlot, 2004 Melot, 2005 Syrah).
We have not finalized a name, which is becoming a job in itself, the wine is from Italy and I am looking for something fun, abstract, modern, colorful. I am pretty open to different designs so be sure to send me a few mockups - not just in the font but also in the actual design. I don't really like how traditional wine labels look and prefer more modern, abstract designs contemporary, as it is an organic winemaking project.. If you have samples of previous wine-labels pls provide links.
