The consumer can ask various questions about a location or business they would like to move to or visit (long term or short term) on a written/audio/video message board/forum website similar to Facebook that will give them insight about the business and or neighborhood their inquiring about. The people responding to the question would live in the location that is being asked about or the persons responding could be those that have visited that location or have lived there at one point in time. People can privately inbox one another.

In later stages of the site, if and when it becomes an app, people can earn and save money by traveling to or passing by the location they had communication about. People will be able to earn points (that will give them discounts in real life to area businesses) the more they communicate on the site the more they save. If a person travels pass a location they talked about, the user can find out how many times they have went pass  that location every day,week,month,year ect so that people can see what's popular among consumers.
