This jop requires someone with an outstanding knowledge how to close of (make secure) a Wordpress website. This person also need to know how to remove these viruses from the server dedicated virtual server. Mail queue filling up with SAPM mail. No mail going out at the moment at all.

We have cleared your mail queue again. You can confirm by logging into your server via SSH with the root user and running the 'q' command, which is an alias to view your mail queue:

Mail queue is empty

We have provided information on which scripts you will need to clear out to prevent your mail queue from sending SPAM. Not only do the scripts need to be removed, but your web developer needs to investigate the vulnerability in the application which allowed these scripts to be placed on your server. I was able to locate '[url removed, login to view]', which is in the following directory:

/var/www/vhosts/[url removed, login to view]

Any further requests to clear your mail queue will require the purchase of an other CloudTech On-Demand Email Queue Management service.
