Web site enhancements and email template

Things to do to the web site. I want to add the ability that if somebody wants a download of a file (PDF), then they have to fill out a contact form and the file will be sent to them in an email to their address.  What if they download multiple files in the same visit?  Still have to do that? Add graphic on front:  “New clients.  Or new issues.  Or NEWS.” Or Check out this [cool new stuff][new findings][new client][rant].”  How do I add that, and easily change it? Add a new page that would be titled (HOT Stuff) in the tab and would have on it short descriptions of press releases, newsletters, email campaigns, and content.  I will write the content.  Each would have a brief headline and then a very brief (one sentence) description of that is in the document, and a link to that document, which I will also write.  Downloads are done the same as in #1 above. Things to do in designing an email form.  A very simple email form. Can you design an email form for me that would work on MailChimp as a template?  I have used MailChimp’s service in the past.  Nothing fancy.  I can share with you some ideas.  I thought about doing something myself, but since your work is so good and you have the designer, I thought I would use you and have you design something that is visually appealing. Web site
